AVK building a sustainable future

To preserve nature for future generations and use the Earth’s resources responsibly, the transition to a circular economy is essential. We are proud to contribute to this effort.

Sustainable solutions for plastic waste

At AVK Plastics, we opt for a circular approach: we process secondary raw materials from various, primarily post-consumer plastic waste streams through an automated injection molding process into products such as pallets, surface boxes, and other sustainable items. We do this in collaboration with specialized plastic recycling companies. Our products are fully recyclable, reinforcing the circular economy. At the same time, we ensure that the production process itself is as sustainable as possible, with green entrepreneurship as our guiding principle.

As an organization, we continuously strive to make our operations as environmentally friendly as possible: from minimizing CO₂ emissions to making conscious choices in green energy and sustainable logistics.

Minimizing CO2

During the development process, we ensure that CO2-emissions are minimized so that the carbon footprint of our final products remains as small as possible.

AVK Plastics

At AVK Plastics, we believe in a sustainable future. That’s why we transform plastic waste into functional, circular products that help reduce environmental impact.

At our production facility in Balk, we process tons of plastic waste daily through automated injection molding processes. In this way, we develop and manufacture sustainable plastic products such as pallets, surface boxes, and custom-made solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Our mission

AVK Plastics is a plastics injection molding business aiming to solve customer needs and challenges and contribute to a more sustainable world through development and manufacturing of products and components with a maximum use of recycled plastics with the lowest possible environmental footprint.

Our vision

The growth of the global population and our current way of life mean that we are consuming natural resources faster than they can be replenished and emitting more CO₂ than the Earth can absorb. To preserve nature for future generations and keep our consumption within the planet’s limits, the transition to a circular economy is essential. Governments and public institutions play a key role by actively promoting and supporting environmentally friendly products.
